SDF i ChikaZ Fit Fest 2015.

sdf2015Najnovije izdanje Student Day Festivala, koje će se održati 29. i 30. svibnja u Rijeci, nastavlja sa svojim prokušanim receptom raznovrsnog programa koji objedinjuje bogati glazbeni line up te kulturne, sportske i zabavne sadržaje koji su ga formirali u specifičan urbani festival i najveću studentsku zabavu u regiji.

Šestu godinu za redom SDF prati i ChikaZ Fit Fest – Fitness Festival na kojem će posjetitelji imati prilike isprobati novosti iz Les Mills programa i zabaviti se uz Zumba® fitness. Očekuju vas i mnogi drugi dance i workout programi, radionice te gosti iz Hrvatske i inozemstva. **prijava na radionice**

Prošle godine su mnogi vježbači i posjetitelji popratili cjelodnevno događanje, a uz radionice i edukacije se okupilo preko 300 sudionika iz cijele regije.

ChikaZ Fit Fest će se održati u subotu, 30.05., te će trajati čitav dan. Ulaz je besplatan za sve, lokacija Festivala je EX Port Delta, a događaj će se odvijati na dva floora: Warehouse i Open Air.

Ivana KuzmacHoop START(fitness/dance)

Hoopanje je odlična vježba za cijelo tijelo a pogotovo za jezgru. Pokazalo se da je hoopanje  odlična kardio vježba te sagorijeva oko 7 kalorija po minuti te jača kralježnicu i povećava fleksibilnost,poboljšava motoričke sposobnosti te oslobađa brdo endorfina što znači da donosi sreću.

Radionica je za sve koji znaju i ne znaju hoopati.Što ćete učiti? Uz nezaobilazno hoopanje na struku, kolut ćete vrtiti i na svim drugim djelovima tijela te se upoznati sa samim predmetom i mogućnostima koje ova dječja igračka pruža – fitness, pokret, ples, prostor, zabava. Voditelj radionice: Ivana Kuzmac – certificirani Hoop Love Coach, prvi u Hrvatskoj od 2014 god. Trenirala je i učila uz legendarnu Deanne Love (Australija) te postala dio njezinog tima kao Hoop Love Coach/Instruktor. Kettlebell, ili ruskim nazivom girya, je tradicionalni ruski uteg.  Izrađuje se od lijevanog željeza, a nalikuje na topovsku kuglu sa drškom. Program za modernog Homo Sapiensa koji želi biti jači, brži i izdržljiviji na siguran način. Ukoliko želite poboljšati svoje performanse ova vrsta treninga je za vas. Funkcionalni trening će vas pripremiti za sva uzbuđenja koja vas čekaju tokom dana i općenito u životu. Pripremit će vaše tijelo da bude svrsishodno i da vam pomaže, a ne da vam otežava život.

Radionica hip hop dance fitnessa gdje se uz lagane korake prati odličan hip hop beat. Ista takva radionica provodi se na svim Zumba® fitness konvencijama u svijetu a voditelji i začetnici su ZES-ovi George Iu i Michael Tomas.

Voditelj radionice: George Iu (Kina), Zumba educational specialist, dolazi po prvi puta u ovaj dio Europe, a vodit će radionice i Zumba fitness masterclass.

The latest edition of Student Day Festival, which will be held on 29 and 30 May in Rijeka, continues with its well known versatile program that combines rich musical line up as well as cultural, sports and leisure activities. All of this combined is what makes Student Day festival a very special specific urban festival and largest student entertainment in the region.

For the sixth year in a row SDF presents ChikaZ Fit Fest – Fitness Festival where you will have the chance to try out the Les Mills programs and have fun with Zumba® Fitness. You can expect many other dance and workout programs, workshops and guests from the Croatia and abroad. ** apply for workshops **

Last year we welcomed almost over 300 participants from across the region and expect this year an even bigger number.

ChikaZ Fit Fest will be held on Saturday, 30.05., and will last all day. Admission is free for all, the location of the festival is the EX Delta Port, and the event will take place on two floors: Warehouse and Open Air.

Hoop START (fitness / dance)

Hula hooping is an excellent exercise for the whole body and especially for the core. It turns out that it is an excellent cardio workout and burns about 7 calories per minute and strengthens the spine, increases flexibility, improves motor skills and helps release endorphins.

The workshop is for beginners and intermediates. What will you learn?

You will spin the hoop using different parts of your body and learn about the very purpose and the possibilities this child’s toy provides  – fitness, movement, dance, space, fun. Watch the video!

Kettlebell: simple and sinister (Center Miketa)

Kettlebell, or the Russian name for it Girya is a traditional Russian weight, made of cast iron it looks like a cannonball with a handle. This is a program for modern Homo sapiens who wants to be stronger, faster and more durable in a safe way. If you want to improve your performance this kind of training is for you. Functional training will prepare you for all the thrills that await you during the day and generally in life. They will prepare your body to be practical and that helps, rather than hinders your life.

HipHop Urban Flavor Workshop

Hip hop dance fitness workshop is the place to be if you are up for learning basic moves following the hip hop bomb beat. This type of workshop is essential to  all  Zumba® fitness conventions in the world and thits originators are Zumba education specialists George Lu and Michael Thomas.

Workshop presenter: George Lu (China), Zumba educational specialist, comes for the first time in this part of Europe, and will also hold a Zumba fitness masterclass.

Sh’bam is all about simple but fun dance moves that anyone can follow. The perfect way to discover the star within you and to get into shape even if you think that dancing is not your thaang!

Presenter: Claude Moyson (France), superb dancer and finalist of the competition “American Idol” that will present the Les Mills programs Sh’Bam ™ and BodyJam ™.
